Spring Clean Your Life

Wow – so it has actually been over a year since I wrote a blog post, last Easter I was struggling with an AS flare which was pretty severe and I wrote about my current exercise and maintenance routine. This year, it seems the spring has inspired me in a different way and I have made some changes to my work routine.

Surgery, hospital trauma & medicalising our feelings.
